Yesterday at lunch we were at Klaghofer and had some great Martinigansl (roasted goose).
Back home we were so stuffed, that we had to lie down for some time before we could do anything again.
So time later we then tried out the new Arkham Horror: The Card Game and we even survived the experience! I have to day the mixture of story/roleplaying and board game is really well done and I liked to very much, especially since the game was quite unforgiving and hope was soon lost - as it should be in a Cthulhu game.
In the evening we went onto the couch as usual for some tv series.

Gestern waren wir zu Mittag beim Klaghofer und haben Gansl gegessen.
Wieder zurück zuhause waren wir dann so voll, dass wir uns erst einmal hinlegen mussten.
Erst etwas später dann haben wir uns an Arkham Horror: The Card Game versucht und es sogar überlebt! Ich muss sagen, die Mischung aus Story/Rollen- und Kartenspiel finde ich sehr gut gelungen und obwohl es aussichtslos war, ist das genau das was ich mir von einem Cthulhu Spiel erwarte.
Am Abend ging es dann wie immer auf die Couch zu ein paar Serien.
