Boardgames!

Yesterday we were invited to friends for a boardgame afternoon.

We started with a game we wanted to play the last time, but he rules seemed to difficult at that time: Super Fantasy: Ugly Snouts Assault. In this dungeon crawl the players have to work together to overcome a dungeon run. The thing with this game is, that every player has a dice pool which he can use to split his actions into. But more dice means that you will more likely succeed. We will play this again the next time, since we really all liked it very much.

Then it was time for some animal action with Evolution. Create animals with characteristics and hope they suvive long enough to score you points - that the premise of the game.

Next up was the Stich-Meister, a card game where the rules change with every round - which means that chaos is constantly present.

Then we had some great dinner with pulled pork!.

The conclusion of the evening was a boardgame with an arcade feeling to it: The Battle at Kemble's Cascade. Each player has a small space ship, which has to survive obstacles which "scroll in" every round - so you don't know what's waiting for you in advance.

Friday - what else?

Yesterday it was Mariahilf and shopping time.

At Planet Harry I bought just one game, but it was to gift for today's boardgame afternoon.

After that it was time to get some food from Natsu for dinner.

Back home the fierce animals got fed and after that we had evening entertainment in the form of Guild Wars 2 and then some series on BBC and Hulu.

Rice, rice baby!

Yesterday it was a longer day for my dear and myself so I decided on short notice to do our dinner cooking and produced a nice Reisauflauf (basically a baked rice pudding) for us.

After that I did my daily log through Guild Wars 2 and then it was couch time with the most current episodes of The Flash and Arrow.

Mittagessen

Obwohl die Pizza auch verlockend war

Pizza Provenciale (Speck, Schninkem Pfefferoni, Mais)

The tiger is important - it's in the title!

Yesterday it was the creative eveneing at our place again and while the ladies were being creative I logged through my Guild Wars 2 accounts and hunted for achivements in Dr. Langeskov, The Tiger, and The Terribly Cursed Emerald: A Whirlwind Heist on Steam - really great game especially if you like The Stanley Parable.

After that it was couch time and we watched the second episode of Lucifer together. Afterwards the ladies had to leave and we continued after that with the most recent episodes of The Great Interior Design Challenge and QI on BBC.

Mittagessen

Einmal Schnitzel bitte...

Gebackenes Schweinsschnitzel mit Butterreis

Too short evening

Yesterday I was at my parents' for dinner and I got some tasty pancakes.

After that I went home and was greeted by the cats and my dear. Although we wanted to play some Diablo 3, we ran out of time and so it was couch time again.

We watched one episode each of Sleepy Hollow, Castle and The Great Interior Design Challenge.

The Great Interior Design Challenge.

Mittagessen

Da braucht man nicht viel überlegen.

Cevapcici mit Pommes Frites und Zwiebelsenf

Doing laundry - cat style

Yesterday, after we came back home, we were quite active doing chores. One of them included doing the laundry - due to the warm weather, but our cats also wanted to have fun...

Later we did a trip to the fractals in Guild Wars 2 before we went onto the couch and watched two episodes of The Great Interior Design Challenge.

Diablo 3 has us in it's grip

We were allowed to sleep longer and for breakfast we all had salmon toach - while some of us didn't want any toast at all though.

During the day we mostly relaxed and entertained the cats quite a bit.

For our own entertainment there was Diablo 3 - with much support from our japanese lord - and now we are quite well equipped and able to do stuff on our own.

Besides a great dinner we also had some fruit beer, which was also interesting for our pussy cat - well just a bit.

The evening entertainment in the couch was once again an episode of The Great Interior Design Challenge followed by two episodes of The Mysteries of Laura.

Lazy saturday

On saturday we tried to sleep longer, but we forgot to adjust the cat-o-watch and so we were up quite early.

Most of the day we spent doing chores and going to shop for food, since it was quite a warm day. Later in the afternoon we played a bit Diablo 3 and Guild Wars 2.

In the evening it was time for tv series again: The Great Interior Design Challenge on BBC and the most recent episode of The Flash.

Pub time

it was friday and I was on Mariahilferstrasse. But not for shopping and so after a short stop at Planet Harry I went to meet with colleagues at the Dublin Pub where we spent our evening together.

Since my dear was roleplaying, I was home alone with the cats and entertained them and played a bit Guild Wars 2.

A new trend on thurday?

Yesterday after work I went out again - amonst other things to unregister our former japanese guest from our address. But as it turns out you can only do this with a signed paper from the one unregistering, so I guess he'll have to do it himself or pay a fine if they ever find out.

Well "motivated" I went on to Mariahilf to shop, in the pouring rain. First I went to Tasty Donuts.

After that it was myMuesli and Planet Harry - to restock basically.

Then it was time to get real food, so I went to Natsu and Blutaumüller.

After that I was somewhat exhausted and tired and went back home. Arriving there I was greeted by our cats who demanded their tribut in the form of fish. After our furballs were satisfied, we were also allowed to eat our share of sushi.

Later that evening it was couch tim with BBC: The Great Interior Design Challenge, The Great Sport Relief Bake Off and Mary Berry's Foolproof Cooking.

Mittagessen

Endlich wieder einmal einen Burger!

Hawaiian Island Burger mit Pommes

Scream on...

After a longer day at work we started to watch tv series right after dinner. We finished the first season of Scream Queens with the final two episodes and the second season is already in the making.

After that we rewatched the pilot of Lucifer - since we wanted to show the series to a dear friends of ours. After she went home, we just watched one episode of The Great British Interior Design Challenge before we went to bed.

Mittagessen

Der Klassiker!

Wiener Schnitzel vom Schwein mit gemischtem Blattsalat

Back to normal usiness

Yesterday I was at my parents' for dinner and I got a tasty Kaiserschmarrn.

After that - on my way home - I stopped at Fressnapf and the vet to buy some food for our furry friends.

Back home I organized some stuff for the guild hall in Guild Wars 2 and played a bit of XCOM 2.

The late evening entertainment was one episode each of Mysteries of Laura and The Great British Interior Design Challenge.

The Great British Interior Design Challenge angeschaut.
