Yesterday we redeemed a gift from last year's birthday - we went for Dinner and Casino. The restaurant we chose was the Bristol Lounge because we liked the food on the fixed menu. Unfortunately when we were actually there the menu had changed, but it was still ok.
And here are the pictures of the food and the order we got it.
After that we went onto the casino where we got our chips, played and left with the money again. We both aren't heavy players, at least not when money is involved - the rest is a completely different story.
We went for a walk in the inner city of Vienna after that and watched the busy nightlife before we went home again.
The cats already waited for us of course so we played with them until they were exhausted and after that I went to Guild Wars 2 to do some WvW-stuff before the couch-part of the evening began.
The tv series of the evening were the most current episode of Hell's Kitchen - still more psychos around that try to burn down Ramsay's kitchen - and after that we watched the pilot of The Mysteries of Laura. Nice mixture of police work and the problems of raising two hyper active 5 year old twins. Nice conecpt and well executed, I will continue to watch it.
The pussy cat tried to collect the last rays of sunlight with her belly.

Gestern waren wir unser Geburtstagsgeschenk vom vergangenen Jahr eintauschen. Wir waren zu Dinner und Casino unterwegs. Als Lokal haben wir uns - nach dem Studium der Speisefolge online - für die Bristol Lounge entschieden. Leider war die Speisefolge dann ganz anders als im Internet, aber es war trotzdem ok.
Hier nun die Speisen in der Reihenfolge wie wir sie bekommen haben.
Danach sind wir dann noch ins Casino gegangen und haben unsere Chips bekommen, gesetzt und sind mit dem Geld wieder verschwunden. Wir sind beide keine Spielernaturen, wenn es um echtes Geld geht - bei allem anderen natürlich schon.
Dann sind wir noch durch die Wiener Innenstadt spaziert und haben das nächtliche Treiben beobachtet bevor wir dann Richtung Heimat und Katzen aufgebrochen sind.
Dort haben wir dann besagte Katzen bespasst bis sie erschöpft waren und dann war ich noch kurz in Guild Wars 2 WvW-mäßig unterwegs bevor es auf die Couch gegangen ist.
Die Serien des Abends waren die aktuelle Folge von Hell's Kitchen - noch mehr Psychopathen versuchen Ramsay's Küche abzufackeln - und danach haben wir uns die Pilotfolge von The Mysteries of Laura angeschaut. Sehr witzige Mischung aus Krimi und Problemen bei der Erziehung von zwei sehr aufgeweckten 5-jährigen Zwillingen. Sehr interessantes Konzept und für ein paar Lacher gut, wird wohl weiter geschaut werden.
Die Mieze-Katze versucht die letzten Sonnenstrahlen zu erhaschen.
