After yesterday's blogpost I had a long conversation via Twitter with UPS customer support. As expected their final conclusion was "everything done at the customer center was done correctly", which doesn't make me happy at all and lead to me add another complaint to the list, since that's no way a company should treat customers.
After I wasted enough time with this, the remainder of the day was rather successful and I came home rather tired in the evening.
Since my dear was out as well and came home late too, we just went to take a shower and then went straight to bed.
