These are the voyages of the U.S.S. Venture...

This friday I wasn't going to Mariahilf as usual, since we had friends over to playtest the next scenario of the Star Trek RPG.

The crew of the U.S.S. Venture had dinner with the staff of a small research station and afterwards the action really started, but not like the players anticipated...

We all had tonnes of fun and the short scenario was played in about 3 hours. Afterwards we went on to save the world with our last breath in Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu.

After that, once our guests were gone, we went onto the couch to watch some BBC tv series.

Am Freitag war ich ausnahmsweise nicht in Mariahilf unterwegs, weil wir zuhause die erste von zwei Star Trek RPG Playtest Sessions mit Freunden abgehalten haben.

Die Crew der U.S.S. Venture hatte ein Dinner mit dem Personal einer kleinen Forschungsstation und danach ging es dann so richtig zur Sache, aber nicht wie die Spieler zunächst angenommen hatten...

Wir hatten alle viel Spaß und das kurze Abenteuer war nach etwas mehr als 3 Stunden durchgespielt. Danach haben wir noch die Welt in allerletzter Sekunde gerettet bei Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu.

Anschließend, als die Gäste wieder gegangen waren, sind wir noch zu BBC Serien auf die Couch gefallen.

Shopping and boardgaming

This friday after work we went out for grocery shopping, since we had guests over in the afternoon.

After that shopping trip I went to Mariahilf for the next one, this time for other stuff of course. At Planet Harry I got myself some smaller treats. On my way home I stopped at Temaya to bring home some sushi for everyone.

After dinner we went on to save the world in Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu, which we managed rather bravely and narrowly.

Once all our guests were gone, we just went onto the couch and watched tv series.

Am Freitag ging es nach der Arbeit gleich einmal zum Billa zum Einkaufen, nachdem wir wieder Gäste am Nachmittag hatten.

Nach der Einkaufstour bin ich dann nach Mariahilf gegangen um dort einzukaufen, allerdings andere Sachen. Beim Planet Harry bin ich fündig geworden und habe ein paar Kleinigkeiten eingekauft. Auf dem Heimweg ging es dann noch zum Temaya wo Sushi für uns und unsere Gäste eingekauft wurden.

Als das Abendessen vorbei war, haben wir dann noch mit Pandemic: Reign of Cthulhu erfolgreich die Welt gerettet - knapp aber doch.

Als dann alle Gäste weg waren, sind wir nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen und haben Serien geschaut.
