Good food, good weekend

Yesterday we started playing Warhammer: Vermintide 2 together with our japanese Lord and were rather successful.

In the afternoon we met with friends of ours and went to a Heurigen together.

When we were back home, we fed the cats and then it was couch and tv show time.

Gestern haben wir mit unserem japanischen Lord gemeinsam Warhammer: Vermintide 2 zu spielen begonnen und waren damit recht erfolgreich.

Am Nachmittag sind wir dann ins Burgenland gefahren um mit einer befreundeten Familie zum Heurigen zu gehen.

Nachdem wir wieder zuhause waren, wurden die Katzen gefüttert und auf der Couch Fernsehserien geschaut.

Meeting some old friends

This saturday we went out to lunch at Heurigenrestaurant Stegschandl and met a dear ex-colleague of mine and his family there to talk about old times and current affairs - how else would I get the latest gossip from my previous workplace?

After that we went back to Vienna and did the weekend grocery shopping tour.

The rest of the day we spent relaxing and in the evening it was BBC tv shows on the big screen again.

Am Samstag waren wir zu Mittag im Heurigenrestaurant Stegschandl und haben uns dort mit einem lieben Ex-Kollegen und dessen Familie zum Plaudern getroffen - wie sonst kommt am an Geschichten aus der alten Firma heran?

Danach ging es dann wieder zurück nach Wien und zum Einkaufen fürs Wochenende.

Den Rest des Tages haben wir dann gemütlich verbracht und am Abend gab es wieder BBC Serien auf der Leinwand.

On sunday we first went to vote - for the next president of Austria - and after that we went to Burgenland with my mother-in-law. For lunch we went to Stegschandl in Burgenland and it was delicious.

After we came back home, the cats wanted to be entertained and after that we just went straight onto the couch and watched the most recent episode of Castle followed by another episode of Star Trek Continues

Am Sonntag waren wir zunächst wählen - der neue Bundespräsident wollte gefunden werden - und dann sind wir mit meiner Schwiegermutter ins Burgenland gefahren. Zu Mittag sind wir beim Stegschandl eingekehrt und haben gut gespeist.

Nachdem wir wieder zuhause waren, wollten die Katzen bespasst werden und danach sind wir nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen zur aktuellen Folge Castle und einer weiteren Episode von Star Trek Continues
