Spa vacation - day 4

Yesterday we started the day again with a good breakfast.

My favorite tea - lavender-peppermint

After that we went on to relax in the Chamber of Silence. After at trip to the waters later, we then went on to our massage.

Then we went back to the waters, where the weather started to get quite warm and nice already.


In the evening we had a great buffet once more, which we really liked.


Starters: ham plate with styrian horseradish, tartar of salmonwith olives and ricotta, vegan zucchini rolls with organic smoked tofu and organic soja cocktail sauce

Grilled poultry with pineapple chuntey and crispy potato slices

Homemade organic pasta with garlic, eggplant, mushrooms and fresh herbs

Styria beef with lavender red wine shallots and rice

Desserts: curd cheese dumplings with apricot stew, homemade thyme Panna Cotta with berry ragout, chocolate raspberries sponge cake, caramel cream

... and another serving of desserts with some icecream

Following that we took a little walk around and latet went back into the waters of the Vulcania section of the spa. There we witnessed a live vulcano eruption with pyrotechnical effects - which we never have seen before. Unfortunately I didn't have my camera on me, so I couldn't document it.

The evening was then concluded with another episodes of Eureka.
