At the vet

Yesterday I went to our vet with our tom cat, because he has some kind of pain in his back. He is on medication now and we get back to the vet next week to check on him again.

Otherwise we played online with dear friends and in the evening it was couch time.

Gestern war ich mit unserem Kater bei der Tante Tierarzt, weil er Schmerzen im Rücken hat. Er bekommt jetzt einmal Medikamente und wir sind nächste Woche dann zur Kontrolle bestellt.

Ansonsten haben wir online mit lieben Freunden gespielt und am Abend ging es auf die Couch.

Preparing for the next days

Yesterday we went out for a little walk and then did some grocery shopping for the upcoming holidays again.

In the afternoon we played some games online and in the evening it was couch time.

Gestern waren wir ein bisschen spazieren und haben dann für die wieder kommenden Feiertage eingekauft.

Am Nachmittag wurde dann wieder online gespielt und am Abend waren wir auf der Couch.

Out in the wilderness

Yesterday we went out for a sport activity that is allowed during this lockdown: archery.

In the afternoon we stayed home and did some chores and my dear played some World of Warcraft with our japanese lord.

Later in the evening it was couch and tv shows as usual.

Gestern haben wir eine im Lockdown erlaubte Aktivtät gesetzt und sind wieder Bogenschiessen gegangen.

Am Nachmittag sind wir dann zuhause geblieben und haben Hausarbeit gemacht bzw. mein Schatz hat mit unserem japanischen Lord World of Warcraft gespielt.

Abends dann sind wir auf die Couch gefallen und haben Fernsehserien geschaut.

First day of latest lockdown

Yesterday morning after breakfast we went out for a walk through Böhmischer Prater. After lunch we went to visit my parent, who are in need of care in accordance to the latest lockdown rule, and we brought them stuff.

Back home again the cats already waited for us and after we fed them and us we went onto the couch as usual.

Gestern waren wir nach dem Frühstück im Böhmischen Prater spazieren. Nach dem Mittagessen haben wir meine pflegebedürftigen Eltern besucht - so wie es die Lockdown Verordnung vorsieht - und haben ihnen Sachen vorbei gebracht.

Zuhause haben die Katzen dann schon gewartet und am Abend ging es wie immer auf die Couch zu den Fernsehserien.

Yesterday we went to my in-laws and had a great christmas feast and exchanged gifts.

In the evening we went home, fed the cats and then went onto the couch.

Gestern waren wir bei meinen Schwiegereltern zum Weihnachtsessen und zum Geschenke tauschen.

Am Abend sind wir dann wieder nach Hause gefahren, haben die Katzen gefüttert und sind auf die Couch gefallen.

Christmas has come

Yesterday I stayed home and prepared various things for the upcoming days while my dear was at her parents to do the Christmas tree.

In the evening we just went onto the couch and tried to zone out a bt with various tv shows.

Gestern habe ich zuhause soweit alles klar gemacht, während mein Schatz bei ihren Eltern war um den Christbaum herzurichten.

Am Abend sind wir dann nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen und haben uns mit diversen Serien abgelenkt.

Work for this year is done

Yesterday was my last working day of the year - thanks to the next lockdown starting after Christmas - and it was very exhausting to do all the stuff by myself.

In the evening I just collapsed on the couch and some tv shows were also playing.

Gestern war der letzte Arbeitstag für mich in diesem Jahr - dank neuerlichem Lockdown - und es war sehr, sehr anstrengend alles allein zu bewältigen.

Am Abend bin ich nur mehr erschöpft auf die Couch gefallen und habe mich von Fernsehserien berieseln lassen.

Something Cthulhu this way comes

Yesterday we did the last big grocery shopping before Christmas. So we have now enough food to last the festivities and the next shopping trip will be in one week's time.

Together with our japanese lord we also played some boardgames online and in the evening it was couch time.

Something cthulhoid also arrived via the postal service...

Gestern haben wir uns auf die kommenden Weihnachtsfeiertag vorbereitet und waren groß einkaufen. Damit ist der nächste Einkauf erst nach den Festtagen notwendig.

Mit unserem japanischen Lord haben wir dann auch wieder online Brettspiele gespielt und am Abend ging es auf die Couch.

Trying to relax before a stressful week

Yesterday we stayed home and tried to relax a bit to prepare for the upcoming week of stress.

In the evening there was NFL on the couch and I played some Path of Exile.

Gestern sind wir zuhause geblieben und haben versucht uns auf die kommende Woche vorzubereiten und ein bisschen abzuschalten.

Am Abend war dann NFL auf der Couch am Programm, während ich Path of Exile gespielt habe.

Gone out shooting again

Yesterday morning we went out archery shooting in Pillichsdorf again.

In the afternoon my dear had an online roleplaying session and I played some more Path of Exile.

Finally in the evening we went onto the couch for the usual tv shows.

Gestern in der Früh waren wir wieder in Pillichsdorf Bogenschiessen.

Danach hat mein Schatz am Nachmittag online rollengespielt und ich war in Path of Exile unterwegs.

Am Abend waren wir dann wieder auf der Couch und haben Fernsehserien geschaut.

Finally it's friday

Yesterday morning I went out for my shoulder treatments. In the afternoon I took part in another live episode of YSDC's Beyond the Vale.

In the evening I started with the latest event in Path of Exile and later we went onto the couch for some tv shows.

Gestern am Vormittag war ich wieder bei meiner Schulterbehandlung. Am Nachmittag war dann wieder eine Live Episode von YSDC's Beyond the Vale, wo ich wieder tatkräftig beteiligt war.

Am Abend habe ich das neue Event von Path of Exile gespielt und dann ging es auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien.

The day for the shoulder

Yesterday was all about my shoulder. In the morning I went to get another infusion and in the afternoon I got all the other treatments.

In between I picked up our lunch from Pause am Berg, but not pizza this time - they ran out of dough because of the large amount of orders - we had cordon bleus instead.

Later that afternoon I did some of the chores and we went out grocery shopping.

After dinner it was time for the couch and the tv shows as usual.

Gestern war ich wieder in Sache meiner Schulter unterwegs. In der Früh habe ich wieder meine Infusion bekommen und am Nachmittag dann die anderen Behandlungen.

Dazwischen habe ich dann auch unser Mittagessen von der Pause am Berg geholt, leider keine Pizza - weil ihnen wegen der großen Nachfrage der Pizzateig ausgegangen ist - sondern Cordon Bleus.

Am späteren Nachmittag habe ich dann noch Hausarbeit erledigt und wir sind einkaufen gegangen.

Nach dem Abendessen ging es dann wie immer auf die Couch zu den üblichen Fernsehserien.

Meeting friends

Yesterday there were no major catastrophies - besides the usual troubles with the post office - quite the opposite as I got visited by several friends at work, so a huge boost of confidence.

In the evening I was dead tired again and after dinner we went onto the couch as usual.

Gestern waren keine gröberen Katastrophen in der Arbeit - abseits des Ärgers mit der Post - aber es haben mich auch wieder liebe Freunde besucht, somit war der Tag ein voller Erfolg.

Am Abend war ich dann wieder sehr erschöpft und es ging gleich nach dem Abendessen auf die Couch.

Not the day I was expecting

Yesterday's work day started with a power outage in the house, which meant that I could not answer e-mails or use the register until the problem was solved. Of course this time I was missing for the rest of the day and in the evening I drove home very stressed out.

After dinner we went onto the couch to watch some funny shows to make up for that particular day.

Gestern hat der Arbeitstag damit begonnen, dass wir einen Stromausfall im Haus hatten und ich somit weder E-Mail beantworten noch Sachen verkaufen konnte, bis das Problem behoben war. Natürlich hat mir die Zeit dann den restlichen Tag gefehlt und so bin ich ziemlich gestresst nach Hause gekommen.

Nach dem Abendessen haben wir uns dann gleich auf die Couch geschmissen und versucht den Abend mit lustigen Serien aufzulockern.

Staying home - preparing for the coming days

Yesterday we spent the day staying home, doing chores and playing games on the PC.

In the evening it was couch time again with the usual tv shows.

Den gestrigen Tag haben wir zuhause verbracht und teilweise Hausarbeit gemacht und am PC Spiele gespielt.

Am Abend war dann wieder Couchzeit mit Fernsehserien.

Gone shooting again

Yesterday morning we went out to do some more archery shooting in Pillichsdorf.

Afterwards we went home and relaxed all afternoon.

I baked some scones from a recipe by Paul Hollywood and we had to taste them of course.

In the evening my dear watched some NFL games while I played some more Path of Exile.

Gestern waren wir gleich in der Früh wieder in Pillichsdorf Bogenschiessen.

Danach ging es nach Hause und wir haben uns den Nachmittag über erholt.

Ich habe dann noch Scones nach einem Rezept von Paul Hollywood gebacken und die wurden dann natürlich auch gekostet.

Am Abend hat mein Schatz wieder NFL geschaut und ich habe noch ein bisschen Path of Exile gespielt.

Citrus curd and games

I started yesterday by preparing a citrus curd with the leftover lemons and oranges.

After lunch we met online with dear friends and played some boardgames.

Gestern habe ich den Tag gleich einmal damit begonnen ein Zitrus Curd aus unseren verbliebenen Zitronen und Orangen zu machen.

Nach dem Mittagessen haben wir uns dann online mit lieben Freunden getroffen und Brettspiele gespielt.

Am Abend ging es dann natürlich noch auf die Couch zu den üblichen Fernsehserien.

Another week gone by

Gestern war ich wieder am Vormittag in Behandlung wegen der Schulter. Am Nachmittag habe wir dann wieder einen schnellen Spaziergang im Böhmischen Prater gemacht und danach mit unserem japanischen Lord online Brettspiele gespielt.

Am Abend waren dann wieder die Fernsehserien auf der Couch im Zentrum des Interesses.
