Some things and others

Yesterday we stayed home of course and played on the computer but also did some chores.

In the morning I quickly baked a cherry cake for breakfast.

In the afternoon there was an online roleplaying session planned, but body decided that it needs some rest, so my dear joined alone.

Later that evening I passively took part in two podcasts/online roleplaying session. The first one was by The Good Friends of Jackson Elias and the second one by Oscar Rios of Golden Goblin Press, who presented a brand new scenario for Cthulhu Invictus (Call of Cthulhu in Ancient Rome) for the first time.

Before we went to bed, we did watch some tv shows on the couch of course.

Gestern sind wir natürlich auch zuhause geblieben und haben am Computer gespielt bzw. auch Hausarbeit erledigt.

In der Früh habe ich schnell einen Kirschkuchen fürs Frühstück gebacken.

Am Nachmittag war eine Online Rollenspielsession geplant, aber da mein Kreislauf nicht mitgespielt hat, hat mein Schatz allein daran teilgenommen.

Am späteren Abend habe ich dann an gleich zwei Live Podcast/Rollenspielsession passiv teilgenommen. Es waren die Good Friends of Jackson Elias und Oscar Rios von Golden Goblin Press mit einem brandneuen Szenario für Cthulhu Invictus (Call of Cthulhu im alten Rom).

Bevor wir dann schlafen gegangen sind, haben wir uns noch ein paar Folgen von TV Serien auf der Couch angeschaut.

Some good cooking and technical tests

Yesterday my dear us Schupfnudeln for lunch and they tasted great.

In the afternoon we played some more Grim Dawn and later I helped The Good Friends of Jackson Elias with an online test for some upcoming online Q&As.

In the evening it was time for tv shows with cat support again.

Gestern hat mein Schatz zu Mittag selber Schupfnudeln mit Sauerkraut gemacht, was sehr gut geschmeckt hat.

Am Nachtmittag haben wir dann Grim Dawn weiter gespielt und dann gab es von den Good Friends of Jackson Elias einen kurzen Test für eine mögliches Q&A Online-Format.

Am Abend waren dann wieder Fernsehserien am Programm, mit Katzenunterstützung.

A Good Friend of Jackson Elias was visiting

This saturday we first went grocery shopping for the weekend and in the afternoon I met up with a Good Friends of Jackson Elias, since he was on a short visit to Austria and wanted to see some Klimt at Belvedere.

We went through the city afterwards and later his friend joined us and continued showing him around while I went back home.

In the evening it was just couch time with some tv shows.

Am Samstag waren wir zunächst für das Wochenende einkaufen und am Nachmittag habe ich mich mit einem der Good Friends of Jackson Elias getroffen, nachdem er in Wien zu Besuch war und sich Klimt im Belvedere anschauen wollte.

Wir sind dann noch etwas durch die Stadt marschiert und später ist dann noch sein Freund gekommen, der dann die weitere Führung übernommen hat.

Wieder zuhause ging es dann nur mehr auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien.

It's podcast time!

Yesterday after work I was grocery shopping and then back home I listened to podcasts.

Since my dear was out with friends and she came back home rather late, we just went to bed without watching any tv shows.

Gestern nach der Arbeit war ich noch schnell einkaufen und dann habe ich zuhause Podcasts gehört.

Da mein Schatz bei Freundinnen war ist sie dann spät nach Hause gekommen und wir sind dann nur mehr ins Bett gefallen ohne Serien zu schauen.

Relaxing on the weekend

Yesterday we spent the day relaxing and doing some chores.

Since the weather was bad, cold and snowy we decided not to leave the house and continued playing Divinty: Original Sin 2 in the afternoon. I guess we solved about half of the quests already.

In the evening we watched one episode of QI, after I took part in a group chat with one of The Good Friends of Jackson Elias and other listeners of that podcast.

Gestern haben wir uns einen Erholungstag gegönnt und nur ein bisschen Hausarbeit gemacht.

Nachdem das Wetter extrem unfreundlich, kalt und nass war sind wir auch nicht aus dem Haus gegangen und haben am Nachmittag weiter Divinty: Original Sin 2 gespielt. Ich schätze mal die Hälfte vom Spiel ist geschafft.

Am Abend dann haben wir noch eine Episode QI geschaut, nachdem ich an einen Gruppenchat mit einem der Good Friends of Jackson Elias und anderen Interessierten des Podcasts teilgenommen habe.

Christmas vacation has started - with support from @GoodFriendsOfJE

Yesterday was the last working day before the christmas vacation and it went rather well.

In the afternoon we went to Mariahilf and did some shopping at Planet Harry and myMuesli, although I didn't buy anything this time.

In the evening we went onto the couch and watch BBC tv shows and enjoyed the start of the silent and relaxing time.

And since I forgot to post it yesterday, The Good Friends of Jackson Elias sent me some christmas greetings!

Gestern war der letzte Arbeitstag vor den Weihnachtsferien und der ist auch noch recht gut über die Bühne gegangen.

Am Nachmittag ging es dann nach Mariahilf und dort wurde beim Planet Harry und myMuesli eingekauft, allerdings nicht von mir.

Am Abend sind wir dann auf die Couch gefallen und haben uns BBC Serien angeschaut und den Beginn des Weihnachtsfriendens genossen.

Und weil ich es gestern vergessen habe, die Good Friends of Jackson Elias haben mir einen Weihnachtsgruß geschickt!

The Good Friends of Jackson Elias

On sunday we were up early and started to build our new LEGO Dimensions set and afterwards played it a bit. We like it very much and are glad that we got it rather cheap. So there will be some packs coming soon I guess...

My dear went to a gaming afternoon after lunch, so I worked on some stuff in the meantime.

Later that afternoon there was a Google Hangout with The Good Friends of Jackson Elias podcast, which was very good and we all had a lot of fun.

When my dear came back in the evening, we just played some more LEGO Dimensions to save the universe!

Am Sonntag haben wir gleich in der Früh begonnen unser neues LEGO Dimensions zusammen zu bauen und dann auch kurz anzuspielen. Es gefällt uns sehr gut und wir sind froh, dass wir es sehr günstig bekommen haben. Da werden wohl bald ein paar weitere Packs ins Haus stehen...

Mein Schatz ist dann am Nachmittag zu einer Spielerunde aufgebrochen und ich habe mich um anfälliges gekümmert.

Am späteren Nachmittag gab es dann vom The Good Friends of Jackson Elias Podcast ein Treffen auf Google Hangout, was mir sehr gut gefallen hatte und wo wir alle viel Spaß damit hatten.

Als mein Schatz dann am Abend wiedergekommen ist, haben wir noch ein bisschen LEGO Dimensions gespielt und sind dabei das Universum zu retten!
