Back home again

Yesterday was unfortunately our departure from the spa, but our vacation was not over yet. We went to Zotter as we always do and then we met some friends who live nearby at Feldbach and talked for a while.

Afterwards we went back home, where the cats already waited for us.

The end of the day was the usual couch and tv shows.

This was what our return looked like.

Gestern sind wir leider schon wieder aus der Therma abgereist, aber unser Urlaub war noch nicht vorbei. Wie immer, ging es danach zum Zotter und dann haben wir diesmal noch Freunde getroffen, die in Feldbach ganz in der Nähe wohnen.

Danach ging es dann nach Hause, wo die Katzen schon auf uns gewartet haben.

Zum Ausklang des Tages waren wir dann natürlich bei Fernsehserien auf der Couch.

Passend zur Rückkehr nach Hause.

Working even harder

Yesterday was my second lone day at work this week and there were a lot more deliveries as well. In the evening I was glad to finally be back home for a good dinner.

After that it was the usual couch and tv shows.

The black and white image of the day might have something to do with deliveries as well...

Gestern war mein zweiter Arbeitstag der Woche und es waren noch mehr Lieferungen abzuarbeiten. Ich war froh als ich am Abend nach Hause kommen konnte und ein gutes Abendessen bekommen habe.

Danach war es wieder Couch und Fernsehserien.

Das schwarz weiß Bild des Tages hat vielleicht mit einer weiteren Lieferung zu tun...

The week has begun again

Yesterday we went out to do the weekly 2-week grocery shopping for my mother-in-law and delivered her the goods.

Rather exhausted we then came back home and I quickly went out to pick up some pizzas from Pause am Berg.

Our chocolate depot also has been refilled by Zotter.

And I baked a cake as well.

In the evening it was tv shows as usual.

Gestern waren wir den wöchentlichen 2-Wochen Einkauf für meine Schwiegermutter zu holen und zu liefern.

Danach sind wir etwas erschöpft wieder nach Hause gekommen und ich hab uns schnell Pizzen von der Pause am Berg geholt.

Unser Schokoladennachschub vom Zotter ist ebenfalls eingetroffen.

Und einen Kuchen habe ich auch noch gebacken.

Am Abend waren wieder Fernsehserien am Programm.

Back from the vacation

Yesterday was our last day of the spa vacation and after a good breakfast we went home.

Well almost, of course we had to visit Zotter for some traditional chocolate tasting and buying.

Then we really went back home to our cats. After we did our grocery shopping our pussy cat got diarrhea and today we will go to the vet if it's not getting better. Ah yes, our washing machine stopped to spin-dry... Vacation where are you?

Gestern war unserer letzter Tag in der Therme und nach dem Frühstück ging es auf den Heimweg.

Also fast, denn der obligatorische Besuch beim Zotter durfte natürlich nicht fehlen.

Dann ging es wirklich nach Hause und zu den Katzen. Nachdem wir einkaufen waren hat die Katze am Abend leider Durchfall bekommen und da werden wir heute wohl in die Tierklinik fahren müssen. Ach ja, unsere Waschmaschine schleudert auch nicht mehr... Urlaub, wo bist du?

Some sweet evening snacks

Yesterday after work I went out for dinner with dear friends at Pak Choi.

After that I went home where my dear has returned from her work trip to Zotter and we had to taste some chocolates while watching tv shows.

Gestern war ich nach der Arbeit mit lieben Freund zum Abendessen, diesmal im Pak Choi.

Danach ging es nach Hause wo mein Schatz schon von ihrem Betriebsausflug zum Zotter zurück war und wir zu Fernsehserien etwas Schokolade gekostet haben.

Back from the spa vacation

We are back from our spa vacation in Bad Blumau and here are some impressions from our stay.

On our way home we stopped at Zotter and bought some chocolate supply for ourselves. When we were back home the cats greeted us and were very happy - although my parents did a great job taking care of them.

In the evening it was couch time with some tv shows again before we went to bed exhausted.

Wir sind wieder von unserem Thermenurlaub aus Bad Blumau zurück und hier gibt es ein paar Impressionen.

Am Heimweg waren wir wieder beim Zotter groß einkaufen und die Katzen haben uns dann zuhause ausführlich begrüßt - auch wenn sie gut von meinen Eltern in unserer Abwesenheit versorgt wurden.

Am Abend ging es dann wieder auf die Couch ein paar Serien nachschauen bevor wir erschöpft ins Bett gegangen sind.

The three faces of Cthulhu

Yesterday after work I went to my parents for dinner and got a lovely and tasty apple pancake.

After that I went home and out again shopping, since I needed some Zotter chocolate for my colleagues for Christmas.

After that I went home and listened to some podcasts - since I was all alone - while packing up the chocolates.

Also I received a package with the last prize the of Yog-Sothoth podcast raffle, which my minions guarded very well.

Later that evening my dear came back home and so we watched some tv shows until our japanese Lord also returned home.

Gestern ging es nach der Arbeit zu meinen Eltern, wo ich gute Apfel Palatschinken bekommen habe.

Danach ging es nach Hause und dann noch einmal zum Einkaufen, weil ich für meine Kollegen noch Zotter Schokoladen einkaufen gegangen bin.

Danach habe ich zuhause Podcasts gehört - nachdem ich alleine war - und habe die Schokoladen liebevoll verpackt.

Außerdem war ein weiterer Gewinn von Yog-Sothoth in der Post, den meine Helferlein gut bewacht haben.

Am späteren Abend, als mein Schatz wieder zuhause war, haben wir dann noch Fernsehserien auf der Couch geschaut, bis unser japanischer Lord auch nach Hause gekommen ist.

Sunny but exhausting evening

Yesterday it was another exhausting working day but we still went out for a walk before dinner at Böhmischer Prater - on the last sunny and warm day of the year it seems, since from now on it will get colder.

Later we only went onto the couch and watched new episodes of The Expanse and did some more Zotter chocolate tasting.

Gestern war wieder ein anstrengender Arbeitstag und trotzdem sind wir dann vor dem Abendessen noch schnell im Böhmischen Prater spazieren gegangen - quasi am letzten sonnigen und warmen Tag des Jahres, denn ab jetzt wird es kühl.

Später dann ging es nur mehr auf die Couch und wir haben uns The Expanse weiter angeschaut und Zotter Schokolade gekostet.

Yesterday after work I went to my parents for dinner and got some tasty pancakes again.

After that I went home where I was greeted by two tired cats.

In the evening we humans were also to tired for anything else so we went onto the couch to watch some tv shows.

I almost forgot, yesterday I also picked up the rest of the Zotter packages that was missing, so we now have all the new varieties of chocolate to test and taste - thanks again for that!

Gestern war ich nach der Arbeit bei meinen Eltern zum Abendessen und habe wieder gute Palatschinken bekommen.

Danach bin ich nach Hause gefahren und wurde von müden Mieze-Katzen empfangen.

Am Abend haben wir dann nur mehr Serien auf der Couch geschaut, nachdem auch wir Menschen nur mehr erschöpft waren.

Ach ja, die restliche Zotter Lieferung habe ich mir gestern abgeholt und jetzt sind wir bereit alle neuen Sorten zu kosten - danke nochmals für die schnelle Nachlieferung!

Yesterday after work I went home and opened the fall news from our favorite chocolate maker: Zotter.

Unfortunately it was the wrong package - one since smaller than we paid for - so we couldn't taste it and I have to contact them today on what they could offer to make this right...

In the evening we watched BBC shows before we went to bed, but not before entertaining the cats of course.

Gestern nach der Arbeit ging es nach Hause und dort habe ich unser herbstliches Zotter Neuheitenpaket ausgepackt.

Leider haben wir das falsche Paket bekommen, sodass wir noch nichts davon gekostet haben und ich heute reklamieren muss...

Am Abend gab es dann BBC Serien bevor wir ins Bett fallen konnten, natürlich nicht ohne Bespassung der Katzen.

Zotter delivery

On saturday we went to my parents' house, to deliver some Zotter chocolate and to help my father with his PC.

Afterwards we went to friends, also to bring them Zotter chocolate. After a snack and some talking we then went back home, where our cats where already waiting for us.

In the evening we watched the final of Stranger Things and I have to say that we really likes the show - although during each episode it wasn't that clear what to except until the last one.

Am Samstag sind wir zu meinen Eltern ins Haus gefahren, wo wir Zotter Schokoladen mitgebracht haben und ich meinem Vater PC-Hilfe gegeben habe. Dafür haben wir ein gutes Mittagessen bekommen.

Danach sind wir dann zu Freunden gefahren und haben auch sie mit Zotter Schokolade überrascht. Nach einer Jause sind wir dann wieder nach Hause gefahren und die Katzen haben uns schon erwartet.

Am Abend gab es dann das Finale von Stranger Things und ich muss sagen die Mini-Serie hat uns recht gut gefallen - auch wenn während der einzelnen Folgen nicht alles so klar war wie dann am Schluss.

At the spa - the last day

Yesterday was the last day of our vacation in Bad Blumau and we went to the great breakfast buffet for the last time.

On our way home we stopped at Zotter and had to taste the new chocolates before we bought a lot of those for us and as gifts.

Back home the cats were already excepting us and didn't leave our side for the rest of the day. Of course the wanted to "help" us when we were preparing the chocolates from Zotter for redistribution.

Afterwards I went to the office to distribute some of the chocolates and when I came back home we just went onto the couch and watched two episodes of Elementary before it was time for bed.

Gestern war der letzte Urlaubstag in Bad Blumau und da haben wir noch einmal das gute Frühstücksbuffet genossen.

Auf der Heimreise waren wir natürlich wieder beim Zotter und haben uns durch die neuen Sorten gekostet bevor wir auch noch groß eingekauft haben.

Zuhause angekommen haben uns dann die Katzen erwartet und den restlichen Tag sind sie uns auch nicht mehr von der Seite gewichen. Natürlich haben sie uns auch beim Auspacken der Zotter Schokoladen "geholfen".

Ich war danach noch kurz in der Firma und haben Schokoladen verteilt und danach sind wir nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen und haben uns zwei Folgen Elementary angeschaut bevor wir ins Bett gefallen sind.
