Boardgaming - yes we did!!

Yesterday we went out with dear friends to Pause am Berg for some very good lunch.

After that we went back to our place and played some boardgames. This time these were: Roam, Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game und ESCAPE Dysturbia: Falsches Spiel im Casino.

Afterwards we were all rather tired - and it was rather late as well - so our guests left and we went to bed.

Gestern waren wir mit lieben Freunden zu Mittag bei der Pause am Berg und haben wie immer gut gegessen.

Danach ging es zu uns nach Hause und dort haben wir dann Brettspiele gespielt. Diesmal waren es: Roam, Detective: Ein Krimi-Brettspiel und ESCAPE Dysturbia: Falsches Spiel im Casino.

Danach waren wir all aber schon sehr müde - und es war auch schon sehr spät - sodass unsere Gäste gegangen sind und wir ins Bett gefallen sind.

Getting better

Successful test with @YSDC and some baking

Yesterday I stayed home and did most of the chores. My dear was out visiting a friend and came back in the evening.

In between I listened to podcasts and help with a test run for wednesday's LIVE broadcast of Beyond the Vale from YSDC and I also baked a lemon cake while doing that.

In the evening it was the usual tv shows on the couch - incl. cat support.

Gestern bin ich zuhause geblieben und habe einen Großteil der Hausarbeit erledigt. Mein Schatz war bei einer Freundin und ist erst am Abend wieder nach Hause gekommen.

Zwischendurch habe ich Podcasts gehört und bei einem Testlauf für die LIVE Übertragung am Mittwoch von Beyond the Vale von YSDC mitgeholfen und nebenher auch noch einen Zitronenkuchen gebacken.

Am Abend dann gab es wieder die üblichen Fernsehserien auf der Couch - inkl. Katzen-Unterstützung.

Very good end of the week

Yesterday was a very good day at work and afterwards my dear picked me up and we went to le Pho for dinner.

After that we went back home and almost immediately went onto the couch for the usual tv shows.

Gestern war ein sehr guter Tag in der Arbeit und am Abend hat mich mein Schatz abgeholt und wir sind beide zum le Pho Abendessen gegangen.

Danach ging es nach Hause und dort sind wir relativ bald auf die Couch gefallen und haben Fernsehserien geschaut.

Usual day at the office

Yesterday was a good day at work and afterwards I went back home to the cats.

Some time later my dear came back from meeting with friends and we went onto the couch together to watch the usual tv shows.

Gestern war wieder ein guter Tag in der Arbeit und danach ging es nach Hause zu den Katzen.

Etwas später kam dann mein Schatz von ihren Freundinnen zurück und es ging gemeinsam auf die Couch zu den üblichen Fernsehserien.

Good food, good times

Yesterday noon I went to my parents for lunch. Afterwards I went back to the store where we got a lot of deliveries and the day turned out rather good.

In the evening I went out with my dear to Pause am Berg for some good dinner.

After that we went home and I started installing my new NAS since in my old one the harddisks were getting faulty and I don't want to loose my photographs from the last decades. While doing that we also watched the usual tv shows on the couch.

Gestern war ich zu Mittag bei meinen Eltern zum Essen. Danach ging es wieder zurück ins Geschäft wo viele Lieferungen eingetroffen sind und wir einen guten Tag hatten.

Am Abend bin ich mit meinem Schatz zur Pause am Berg gegangen und wir haben uns ein gutes Essen gegönnt.

Danach ging es nach Hause und ich habe mein neues NAS installiert, nachdem bei meinem alten NAS die Festplatten am eingehen sind und ich meine Daten retten möchte. Daneben gab es dann die üblichen Fernsehserien auf der Couch.

Yesterday we slept rather long and in the afternoon we went for a walk and some grocery shopping.

Super Bowl LIV

Yesterday was the big Super Bowl evening at our place, but before that we had friends over for some boardgaming action until very late.

The Super Bowl itself lasted until about 5:00 and the cats were very surprised that we didn't go to bed for a long time.

Today it's sleeping in...

Gestern war der große Super Bowl Abend bei uns, aber zuvor hatten wir noch Besuch von Freunden und haben Brettspiele bis in die Nacht gespielt.

Die Super Bowl hat dann bis ca. 5:00 gedauert und die Katzen waren einigermaßen überrascht, dass wir nicht und nicht schlafen gegangen sind.

Heute einmal lange ausschlafen...

Some Betrayal at some House

Yesterday afternoon we where at some dear friends' place and played three games of Betrayal Legacy. This time around there were still some surprises and a totally innocent cultist who may or may not have been influences by his pet imp.

After that we had some great dinner and afterwards we showed our last two cruise presentations followed by their vacation pictures from Lisbon.

Following that we went back home to our hungry cats and after feeding them we went to bed.

Gestern waren wir am Nachmittag bei lieben Freunden um mit ihren drei Runden Betrayal Legacy weiter zu spielen. Auch diesmal gab es viele Überraschungen und einen total unschuldigen Kultisten, der überhaupt nicht von seinem Haus-Imp beeinflusst wurde.

Danach haben wir dann gut gegessen und abschließend noch unsere beiden letzten Kreuzfahrtpräsentationen zu Besten gegeben und die Lissabon Urlaubsbilder von ihnen angeschaut.

Danach ging es zu den hungrigen Katzen nach Hause und nach der Raubtierfütterung auch schon ins Bett.

On a sidenote, our favourite restaurant Pause am Berg was voted the best restaurant in the 10th district of Vienna by the public!!!

Annual cat checkups have started

Yesterday I was at the vet with our princess for her annual checkup. We'll receive the results this wednesday, but it looks very well already.

Afterwards I went out to do some grocery shopping and then back home I listened to some podcasts.

In the evening it was yet again time for couch and tv shows.

Gestern war ich mit der Mieze Katze bei der Tante Tierarzt zur jährlichen Untersuchung. Die Ergebnisse bekommen wir dann am Mittwoch, aber es schaut alles ok aus.

Danach bin ich noch etwas einkaufen gegangen und dann habe ich zuhause noch Podcasts gehört.

Yesterday we got visited by friends and we played some boardgames and talked a lot. Afterwards we went to Pause am Berg for dinner.

Back home again my dear and I went onto the couch for some NFL game and some tv shows after that.

Gestern haben wir Besuch von Freunden bekommen und haben ein paar Brettspiele gespielt und geplaudert. Danach ging es zur Pause am Berg zum Abendessen.

Marlene has landed

Yesterday was an average day at work, but in the evening we went to the opening night in Vienna for the Austrian indie movie Marlene.

Everything was rather small and cosy, but the movie itself was very nice to watch. Although it was tough action movie, the comedy aspect was very present throughout.

Later that night we came back home and fell right into our beds.

Gestern war ein normaler Tag in der Arbeit, aber am Abend waren wir dann bei der Wien Premiere des österreichischen Indie-Films Marlene.

Alles sehr klein und familiär, aber der Film kann sich durchaus sehen lassen und obwohl es ein harter Action Film ist, bleibt der Humor nicht auf der Strecke.

Spät am Abend sind wir dann nach Hause gekommen und gleich ins Bett gefallen.

Gestern war wieder ein schlechter Dienstag in der Arbeit, ein Trend der sich durch den gesamten Jänner gezogen hat.

Danach bin ich zur Pause am Berg zum Abendesse gegangen, weil mein Schatz mit Arbeitskollegen bei einem Pubquiz war.

Monday as usual

Yesterday we did the weekly grocery shopping and other stuff that needs to be done. Also I did some chores and listened to podcasts.

In the evening it was once again couch and tv shows, also as usual.

Gestern waren die wöchentlichen Einkäufe und Erledigungen an der Reihe. Außerdem habe ich noch Hausarbeit erledigt und Podcasts gehört.

Am Abend war dann wieder Couch und Fernsehserien schauen am Programm.

Relaxing weekend ends

Yesterday we slept long and relaxed quite a bit, but we also did the weekly chores.

In the afternoon we played Roll Player, where each player tries to roll the best roleplaying character fitting the drawn template.

In the evening it was again NFL time with us all on the couch.

Gestern haben wir uns ausgeschlafen und haben dann Hausarbeit erledigt.

Am Nachmittag haben wir dann Roll Player gespielt, wo jeder Spieler einen Rollenspiel-Charakter auswürfeln muss.

Yesterday dear friends visited us and we played a lot of boardgames again.

These are the games that we played: Betrayal Legacy, Decrypto, Fuzzy Mage Fight, Stich-Meister and finally Skull King.

Weekend, here I come

Yesterday was a normal day at work, despite the still very cold weather.

Afterwards I left for my deserved weekend and went home for dinner.

Cold weather, bad business

Yesterday was another bad day at work, it seems people don't like shopping in the currently cold weather.

In the evening at home I got a nice soup and then we were off onto the couch for the usual tv shows.

Gestern war auch wieder ein schlechter Tag in der Arbeit, scheinbar wollen die Leute bei kalten Wetter nicht so viel einkaufen gehen.

Yesterday was again a bad day at work, it seems Tuesdays after Christmas are not day people like to shop a lot.

No Bridge Crew

Yesterday we went grocery shopping and did the chores.

In the evening I wanted to play some Star Trek Bridge Crew with friends from the internet, but my new VR headset wasn't sure if it could find it's microphone, so it didn't work out. So we went onto the couch for the usual tv shows, which the cats liked more anyways.

Gestern waren wir Einkaufen und haben Hausarbeit erledigt.

Am Abend wollte ich mit Freunden aus dem Internet Star Trek Bridge Crew spielen, aber mein neues VR Headset hat sein Mikrofon nicht gefunden, also wurde daraus dann nichts. So sind wir wie immer auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien gefallen, was den Katzen auch besser gefallen hat.

Boardgaming weekend

Yesterday we went out for lunch with dear friends of ours to Pause am Berg.

Afterwards we went back to our place to play some boardgames. Now we finally finished the T.I.M.E. Stories series.

Later that evening it was time for NFL until we went to bed.

Gestern waren wir mit lieben Freunden zum Mittagessen bei der Pause am Berg.

Danach ging es zum Brettspielen zu uns nach Hause. Jetzt haben wir die T.I.M.E. Stories endlich durchgespielt.

Am späteren Abend war dann NFL am Programm bis es ins Bett ging.

Yesterday I still stayed home and tried to get better.

In the evening it was time for tv shows and the couch again.

Warm and cosy

Yesterday I stayed home to let my body relax and get better. The cats were very fond of that idea and the pussy cat did also kept me warm throughout the day.

During the day I listened to podcasts and in the afternoon I took part in the first live performance of the new Beyond the Vale program, which had some technical difficulties and was rather short because of that.

In the evening it was time for tv show on the couch again until I went back to my warm bed.

Gestern bin ich zuhause geblieben und habe meinen Körper geschont. Den Katzen hat es gefallen und die Maus hat mich auch ausgiebig gewärmt.

Untertags habe ich Podcasts gehört und dann am Nachmittag war ich bei der ersten Live Übertragung von Beyond the Vale dabei, die leider aus technischen Gründen sehr kurz war.

Am Abend dann wieder Fernsehserien auf der Couch und dann wieder zurück ins warme Bett.

Staying home now

Yesterday at noon I went to my parent for lunch. I wasn't feeling very well at that point and went home early, which was good since I got myself some kind of stomach flu and will stay home for a couple of days now.

In the evening it was the usual tv shows on the couch with cat warming on the lap/stomach.

Gestern war ich zu Mittag bei meinen Eltern zum Essen. Da habe ich mich allerdings schon nicht so gut gefühlt und so bin ich früher nach Hause gegangen, was gut war denn ich habe mir eine Form von Magen-Darm-Grippe eingefangen und werde die nächsten Tage zuhause bleiben.

Am Abend waren dann wieder Fernsehserien auf der Couch mit Katzenwärmung angesagt.

A bad day at the office

On my first day back at the store there was almost no business to be conducted, which resulted in the worst day since I started working there.

Yesterday we had some dear friends over and played some boardgames with them.

After that we gave them our last cruise presentation and after they had gone we went onto the couch to watch some NFL.

Danach gab es dann unsere letzte Kreuzfahrtpräsentation und als sie gegangen waren haben wir noch ein bisschen NFL geschaut bis es ins Bett ging.

This friday we went through the inner district and had a quick break at Parémi for some sweet delight.

After that we walked on through the city and on our way back home did some grocery shopping.

Am Freitag waren wir in der Stadt spazieren und haben uns eine schnelle Jause im Parémi gegönnt.

Danach sind wir weiter in der Innenstadt spazieren gegangen und haben dann am Heimweg noch ein paar Einkäufe erledigt.
