Boardgaming all day long

This sunday we played boardgames all day long. We started with Village Attacks. Here the evil player characters try to survive waves of angry town mobs before they burn down their castle.

After that we played one of the scenarios of the latest Unlock! game and although we played the one on easy difficulty we just managed to solve it in time.

In the evening couch and tv shows - as usual.

Am Sonntag haben wir den ganze Tag Brettspiele gespielt. Begonnen haben wir mit Village Attacks. Hier versuchen die bösen Charaktere sich gegen den Mob aus dem Dorf zu wehren, bevor dieser das Schloss abbrennt.

Danach haben wir dann noch eines der neuen Unlock! Abenteuer gespielt und obwohl es vom Schwierigkeitsgrad leicht war, haben wir es nur knapp innerhalb der Zeit geschafft.

Abends dann wieder Couch und fernsehen - wie immer.

Finally a day off

This saturday we were doing some huge grocery shopping trip, as we have to celebrate a lot of stuff the following days.

In the afternoon we relaxed and later that evening it was just couch and tv time again.

Am Samstag war Großeinkauf angesagt, nachdem wir die nächsten Tag immer wieder etwas zum Feiern haben werden.

Am Nachmittag dann etwas ausspannen und am späteren Abend dann wieder Couchzeit mit Fernsehserien.

The week is over - time to relax

Yesterday was a rather well day at work. But after the stressful days before Christmas it's good to have some days to relax now.

In the evening we went straight onto the couch and watched some tv shows.

Gestern war wieder ein relativ normaler Tag in der Arbeit. Nach dem Weihnachtsstress gilt es jetzt die nächsten Tag abzuspannen.

Am Abend ging es dann gleich auf die Couch und Fernsehserien wurden geschaut.

Calm day at work

Yesterday was a quite calm day at work. There were quite a few customers - and some dear friends - in the store, but you could notice that it was vacation time and sales were slow.

In the evening I wanted to go out with my dear on her birthday, abut since she had quite substantial lunch with her parents we skipped that and went straight home and spent the evening on the couch.

Gestern war ein eher ruhiger Tag in der Arbeit. Es kamen zwar etliche Kunden - und auch ein paar liebe Freunde - ins Geschäft, aber man hat gemerkt dass Ferien sind und daher war der Umsatz eher gedämpft.

Am Abend wollte ich noch mit meinem Schatz an ihrem Geburtstag ausgehen, aber nachdem sie schon zu Mittag mit ihren Eltern gut essen war, sind wir dann einfach nach Hause gefahren und haben den Abend auf der Couch verbracht.

More celebrating and more boardgaming

Yesterday we again were visited by the in-laws to celebrate my dears birthday a day early because I need to work today.

After that we played some boardgames again - Dead Panic and Doomseeker - before we went onto the couch for some tv shows.

Gestern haben wir wieder Besuch von den Schwiegereltern bekommen, da mein Schatz heute Geburtstag hat und wir schon vorgefeiert haben.

Danach haben wir dann wieder Brettspiele gespielt und zwar Dead Panic und Doomseeker, bevor es zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch gegangen ist.

The second day of Christmas

On the second day of Christmas we went out for lunch with my parents and got ourselves some knightly food.

After that we went back home and played Folklore: The Affliction all evening long.

Am zweiten Tag der Weihnachtstradition waren wir mit meinen Eltern Essen und haben uns ein gutes Ritteressen genommen.

Danach ging es wieder nach Hause und wir haben dann den ganzen Abend Folklore: The Affliction gespielt.

Merry Christmas

At Christmas we went to the in-laws for some great food and the presents.

Afterwards we went back home and had a relaxed evening on the couch.

Zu Weihnachten waren wir traditionellerweise bei den Schwiegereltern und haben dort ein gutes Essen und die Geschenke bekommen.

Danach ging es wieder nach Hause und wir haben uns dort einen gemütlichen Abend gemacht.

Boardgaming all day long

Yesterday we started the day slowly and played boardgames all day long. Most of the time we spent as vikings and tried to put together A Feast for Odin. After that we played some shorter games: Railroad Ink, The Fox in the Forest, Codenames Duet and The Game.

After that it was rather late, so we all went to bed very tired.

Gestern haben wir den Tag gemütlich angehen lassen und haben den ganzen Tag Brettspiele gespielt. Die meiste Zeit haben wir damit verbracht Wikinger zu sein und Ein Fest für Odin auszurichten. Danach haben wir noch ein paar kürzer Spiele gespielt: Railroad Ink, The Fox in the Forest, Codenames Duet und The Game.

Danach war es dann schon so spät, dass wir alle müde ins Bett gefallen sind.

The shopping season is over

On the last saturday before Christmas we had again a lot of customers but we managed everything quite well and so now we really earned our few days off.

Back home again it was time to sit on the couch and relax to some tv shows.

Am letzten Einkaufssamstag vor Weihnachten war noch viel los bei uns im Geschäft, aber schlussendlich haben wir es geschafft und haben uns jetzt ein paar Tage Ruhe verdient.

Wieder zuhause ging es dann recht bald auf die Couch um den Abend mit Fernsehserien ausklingen zu lassen.

Out of breath

Yesterday was the very first day at work where so many people decided the buy stuff that we we glad to not be alone at the shop. Today will hopefully be the same, as people tend to but gifts for Christmas last minute and starting tomorrow we finally have some time to rest.

In the evening we first had dinner and then it was time for couching and watching some tv shows before we went to bed.

Gestern war für mich der erste wirklich starke Einkaufstag vor Weihnachten und es war stressig, aber zum Glück war ich ja nicht allein im Geschäft und wir haben es geschafft. Heute dann noch der Ansturm der Last-Minute Käufer und dann ein paar Tage ausruhen.

Am Abend gab es zunächst Abendessen und dann wieder eine Runde Couch sitzen und Fernsehserien schauen bevor es Zeit fürs Bett war.

A visit from far away

Yesterday was yet another great day at work and again I came home rather exhausted.

At home I was greeted, beside the cats and my dear, by our dear friend the japanese Lord, who also brought sweet gifts from afar.

In the evening we just went onto the couch and we watched some tv shows before we all went to bed rather tired.

Gestern war auch wieder ein sehr guter Tag in der Arbeit und ich bin wieder sehr erschöpft nach Hause gekommen.

Zuhause hat mich, neben den Katzen und meinem Schatz, auch gleich unser japanische Lord begrüßt mit reichlich Süßwaren aus dem fernen Land.

Am Abend dann ging es auf die Couch und wir haben noch ein bisschen Fernsehserien geschaut bevor es dann ins Bett ging.

Another day gone before Christmas

Yesterday was yet another exhausting day at work, but it was worth it. On my way back home I went to Sichuan for dinner, since my dear was out boardgaming with friends.

Back home I did the last chores in the flat, since our japanese Lord will be visting us starting today.

Gestern war auch ein anstrengender Tag in der Arbeit, aber es hat sich wieder ausgezahlt. Am Heimweg bin ich noch schnell zum Sichuan Abendessen gegangen, nachdem mein Schatz Brettspielen war.

Zuhause habe ich dann die letzten Vorbereitungen in der Wohnung gemacht, nachdem heute wieder unser japanische Lord uns besuchen kommt.

Real exhausting day

Yesterday was the first real pre-christmas day at work, where customers needed nonstop advice or wanted to buy stuff. Rather exhausted I came back and only entertained the cats for a bit.

Since my dear had her christmas party from work she came home rather late and we went straight to bed without watching any tv shows that evening.

Gestern war der erste wirkliche Vorweihnachtstag im Geschäft, wo pausenlos Kunden Beratung oder etwas kaufen wollten. Sehr erschöpft bin ich dann am Abend nach Hause gekommen und habe mich mit den Katzen gespielt.

Nachdem mein Schatz auf ihrer Weihnachtsfeier war, haben wir dann auch keine Fernsehserien mehr geschaut sondern sind direkt ins Bett gegangen.

The day off, not much time to relax though

Yesterday was my day off, but this didn't mean that I had much time to relax. There were chores to do and other stuff that just waited to be take care of so that finally later afternoon I could take a small nap.

I also baked some Vanillekipferl since our supply is running short very quickly.

In the evening more of the usual: sitting on the couch with a cat on the lap and watching tv shows on the big screen.

Gestern war mein freier Tag, aber das hat nicht geheißen, dass ich mich ausruhen konnte. Hausarbeit und andere Dinge sind angestanden und so bin ich erst spät am Nachmittag dazu gekommen mich kurz auszuruhen.

Gebacken habe ich auch gleich was, nachdem unser Vanillekipferlvorrat zur Neige geht.

Am Abend dann das übliche Spiel: Couch mit Katze auf der Schoss und Fernsehserien auf der großen Leinwand.

At Vienna COMIX

This sunday we went to Vienna COMIX, where the famous bodypainter Nadja Hluchovsky showed her talent at our booth.

Since the commerical success was rather small - most of the customers wanted some kind of cheap deal - we went home early.

Back home I had to lay down for some time and in the evening it was time for couch surfing and tv show watching again.

Am Sonntag waren wir auf der Vienna COMIX, wo die bekannte Bodypainterin Nadja Hluchovsky ihr Können unter Beweis gestellt hat.

Nachdem der geschäftliche Erfolg sich sehr in Grenzen gehalten hat - die meisten Leute waren auf ein Schnäppchen aus - sind wir dann schon früher wieder aufgebrochen.

Wieder zuhause habe ich mich etwas hingelegt und später am Abend haben wir dann wieder Fernsehserien geschaut.

Shopping spree saturday

Yesterday was the first really busy shopping saturday before Christmas and a lot of people wanted to buy something at Planet Harry. It was a very good day for us, but hopefully next week will be equally as good.

On my way back home I had dinner at WOKWalk and once I returned home I just fell onto the couch and we watched the usual tv shows.

Am gestrigen vorletzten Einkaufssamstag vor Weihnachten ging es zum ersten Mal rund im Planet Harry. Die einkaufswilligen Massen waren bei uns und das brachte wieder einen seht guten Umsatztag für uns.

Am Heimweg bin ich dann noch zum WOKWalk auf ein Abendessen gegangen und zu Hause dann bin ich nur mehr auf die Couch zu den üblichen Fernsehserien gefallen.

Friday was good

It was friday and business was good. My dear picked me up after work and together we went to le Pho for dinner.

Back home the cats were entertained first and then we went onto the couch to watch the usual tv shows.

Der Freitag war's und das Geschäft ging gut. Mein Schatz hat mich abgeholt und wir sind dann gemeinsam in le Pho Abendessen gegangen.

Zuhause dann wurden die Katzen bespasst und dann ging es zu den üblichen Fernsehserien auf die Couch.

The end of the week nears

Yesterday again was a good day at work, now that the weekend draws nearer I'm curious if the customer count explodes at some point.

In the evening we first had dinner and then we went onto the couch for tv shows.

Auch gestern war wieder ein guter Tag in der Arbeit, jetzt kommt das Wochenende näher und ich bin gespannt ob die Kundenzahlen explodieren werden.

Am Abend zuerst Abendessen und dann wieder Couch mit Fernsehserien.

Christmas is slowly approaching

Yesterday was quite a lot to do at work and you notice that Christmas is slowly approaching.

After work I went home, got some nice dinner and then we went onto the couch to watch tv shows as usual.

Gestern war in der Arbeit schon mehr los und man merkt langsam, dass Weihnachten doch näher kommt.

Nach der Arbeit ging es wieder nach Hause und dort wurde ein gutes Nachtmahl eingenommen bevor es wie immer auf die Couch zu den Fernsehserien ging.

Day off - time to go shopping

Yesterday was our day off and so we went shopping to Donauzentrum, where we also met some friends of ours who were doing the same.

Back home again we did the chores and then we went onto the couch in the evening and watched some tv shows.

Gestern waren wir an unserem freien Tag im Donauzentrum einkaufen und haben auch gleich ein paar Freunde getroffen, die den selben Plan hatten.

Wieder zuhause haben wir uns dann um die Hausarbeit gekümmert und am Abend ging es dann zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch.

Sunday - shorter than excepted

Yesterday we slept for a long time and in the afternoon we went to friends for boardgaming and punch drinking. Unfortunately my dear wasn't feeling very well and so we had to leave rather early and went back home.

After a long period of sleep she felt better and then we just went onto the couch for some tv shows.

Gestern haben wir uns lange ausgeschlafen und sind dann zu Freunden zum Brettspielen und Punsch gefahren. Leider ging es meinem Schatz gesundheitlich nicht so gut und wir mussten schon früh wieder nach Hause fahren.

Nach einer längeren Ruhepause ging es dann aber wieder und wir haben uns dann noch auf der Couch zu Fernsehserien eingefunden.

First saturday work before christmas done

This saturday was my first working day in the pre-Christmas season. Although it was a good saturday, there were not as many customers as I excepted to be. But we still have two more weeks to go before Christmas.

In the evening we just went onto the couch and watched tv shows.

Am Samstag war ich auch in der Arbeit, da ja Einkaufssamstag war. Trotz sehr gutem Umsatzes war aber der Andrang eher mäßig und so bin ich gespannt wie die verbleibenden zwei Wochen Weihnachtsgeschäft aussehen werden.

Am Abend ging es dann nur noch auf die Couch und wir haben Fernsehserien geschaut.

The week nears it's end

Yesterday was another exhausting but successful day at work. After that I had a quick sushi for dinner and then went home where my dear had her roleplaying group over for a game. I went to bed rather early.

Gestern war wieder ein anstrengender aber erfolgreicher Tag in der Arbeit. Nach einem schnellen Sushi als Abendessen bin ich nach Hause gekommen und mein Schatz hatte ihre Rollenspieltruppe zu Gast. Also bin ich dann schon recht bald ins Bett gegangen.

Yesterday was another good day at work and you get to see that the pre-christmas customers are coming. I'm very curious about this saturday, as it's my first shopping saturday of the season...

Another long day at work

Yesterday it was again a good day at work and since it's the shopping time before Christmas I didn't go to my parents but stayed in the shop until we closed it for the day.

Back home I got a quick dinner and then it was time for the couch and some tv shows before we went to bed.

Auch gestern war wieder ein guter Tag in der Arbeit und da es die Weihnachtszeit ist, bin ich nicht wie gewohnt am Abend zu meinen Eltern gegangen sondern direkt nach Hause, weil ich bis zum Ladenschluss im Geschäft gestanden bin.

The christmas season has started

Yesterday after a good day at work I went home and installed the latest DLC for Assassin's Creed Odyssey and started playing it as well.

Afterwards we just went onto the couch and watched some tv shows.

Gestern ging es nach einem guten Tag in der Arbeit nach Hause und dort habe ich mir das neueste DLC für Assassin's Creed Odyssey installiert und auch gleich angespielt.

Danach sind wir dann auf die Couch gefallen und haben Fernsehserien geschaut.

There's always something

Yesterday was our day off, but since my dear brought back a cold from London it was another work day altogether.

In the morning I went to Planet Harry and got rid of some of the boxes we got our deliveries in the last few weeks. After that I went grocery shopping and in the afternoon I brought my dear to her doctor to have her excused for work.

In the evening we just went onto the couch and watched some tv shows before we went to bed early again.

Gestern war unserer freier Tag, aber nachdem mein Schatz mit einer Verkühlung aus London zurückgekommen ist, war es trotzdem ein arbeitsreicher Tag.

Am Vormittag war ich zunächst kurz im Planet Harry und habe ein paar der Kartons der Lieferungen der letzten Wochen zur Mülldeponie gebracht. Danach war ich einkaufen und am Nachmittag habe ich meinen Schatz zu ihrer Ärztin gebracht, damit sie sie krankschreiben kann.

Am Abend dann sind wir nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen und haben ein paar Fernsehserien geschaut bis es wieder früher ins Bett ging.

Back home and rather exhausted

Yesterday we flew back to Vienna and my father was kind enough to pick us up at the airport and brought us home.

First we took care of our cats, then we loaded up the first machine with our laundry and then we went to bed for some more sleep.

Later I put together the pictures from our trip and created an album to share, so you all can take a look at that. You can find the album here.

Gestern sind wir zurück nach Wien geflogen und mein Vater war so nett und hat uns vom Flughafen nach Hause gebracht.

Dort wurden die Katzen versorgt, die erste Waschmaschine gestartet und dann ging es ins Bett nachschlafen.

Später dann habe ich noch schnell die Bilder von unserem London Aufenthalt in ein Album gegeben, sodass sie sich jetzt jeder anschauen kann. Zu finden ist das Album hier.

This was Dragonmeet 2018

Yesterday's Dragonmeet was very exciting and we also bought one thing or another.

Since our flight back home home today is rather early, we went to bed rather early as well.

Auf der gestrigen Dragonmeet haben wir viel gespielt und auch ein bisschen was eingekauft.

Da wir heute einen sehr frühen Flug nach Hause haben, sind wir auch entsprechend früh ins Bett gegangen.

London - here we are!

Yesterday we took a trip through London and had some great afternoon tea at the British Museum.

The temperature was nice as well, about 10 degree celcius warmer than in Vienna.

Today we are off to Dragonmeet and we are very excited.

Additionally today marks the start of the new edition of the annual cat avdent calendar, so check it out here for your daily dose of new pictures with Princess and Gandalf.

Gestern sind wir durch London spaziert und haben uns im British Museum einen sehr guten Afternoon Tea gegönnt.

Die Temperaturen waren auch gut, ca. 10 Grad wärmer als in Wien zur selben Zeit.

Heute geht die Dragonmeet los und ich bin sehr gespannt.

Außerdem startet heute der Katzenadventkalender, also schaut dort auch vorbei um jeden Tag neue Bilder von Princess und Gandalf zu finden.

Off to London we go

Yesterday evening we took a flight to London, since this saturday (tomorro) Dragonmeet takes place and since it's my job now as well it's good to be back.

Tomorrow's blogpost has been written before we started the journey, so it's not very long. But if you like you can take a look at my instagram account where I'll post pictures from our journey.

Gestern sind wir am Abend nach London geflogen, da am Samstag (also morgen) die Dragonmeet stattfindet und uns das jetzt ja auch beruflich interessiert.

Der Blogpost von morgen ist daher nicht sehr umfangreich, da ich ihn schon vor Reiseantritt geschrieben habe. Auf meinem Instagram Account werde ich allerdings ein paar Bilder von der Reise machen - schaut also dort vorbei.

After work I went to my parents for dinner and got some tasty curd studel with vanilla sauce.

After that I went home and since my dear had friends over for boardgaming I went on to relax for the time being.

Later, when they were gone again, we just tidied up and then went to bed.

Nach der Arbeit war ich gestern bei meinen Eltern zum Abendessen und es gab Topfenstudel mit Vanillesauce.

Danach ging es nach Hause und nachdem mein Schatz Freunde zu Brettspielen eingeladen hatte, habe ich mich zurückgezogen und ausgeruht.

Später dann, als sie gegangen waren, haben wir nur mehr aufgeräumt und sind ins Bett gegangen.

The working week has started for me

Yesterday after a rather good day at work I came back home and we did some planning for the upcoming short vacation trip to London this weekend.

Afterwards it was just the usual couch and tv shows combo before we went to bed.

Gestern bin ich nach einem recht guten Arbeitstag wieder nach Hause gekommen und wir haben für unseren Kurzurlaub dieses Wochenende in London geplant.

Danach waren wieder Couch und Fernsehserien dran bevor es ins Bett ging.

Rainy days

Yesterday was our day off and we didn't really want to leave the flat as it was constantly raining. But grocery shopping was necessary and so I did go into the rain to do so.

In the afternoon we got visited by friends for some boardgame fun.

I also started working on this year's cat advent calendar - which can be found here - as we will be in London this weekend and I don't think I'll find the time to manage that as well.

In the evening we went onto the couch as usual and watched tv shows before we finally went to bed.

Gestern wollten wir an unserem freien Tag nicht so wirklich aus dem Haus, weil es von früh bis spät ordentlich geregnet hat. Doch einkaufen muss sein und so bin ich dann doch irgendwann ins Nasse gegangen.

Am Nachmittag haben wir dann Besuch von unseren Freunden bekommen und wir haben ein bisschen brettgespielt.

Ich habe dann auch noch den Katzen-Adventkalender für dieses Jahr aktiviert - zu finden hier - da wir am Wochenende in London weilen werden und ich dann nicht dazu komme ihn wirklich zu betreuen.

Am Abend schließlich ging es zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch bevor es Zeit fürs Bett war.

Annual baking started

Yesterday I was alone most of the day, because my dear went to her annual baking session at friends of hers. In the meantime I did some chores at home and listened to podcasts all day long.

In the evening I could taste the new creations - very delicious! - and we went onto the couch for tv shows.

Am gestrigen Sonntag war ich allein, weil mein Schatz zum jährlichen Kekse backen bei Freundinnen war. Ich habe in der Zwischenzeit den Haushalt geschupft und nebenher Podcasts gehört.

Am Abend dann durfte ich die Kreationen kosten - sehr gut! - und wir sind zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch gefallen.

Some boardgaming done

Yesterday we first went grocery shopping for the weekend and in the afternoon friends came by for boardgaming - we played Las Vegas and Terraforming Mars.

After that we had a great dinner and afterwards we were too tired to play any more boardgames, so we showed them our norway cruise presentation.

Then we just went to bed, once our guests left us, but not before we had to entertain the cats a lot and feed them.

Gestern waren wir zunächst für das Wochenende einkaufen und am Nachmittag kamen Freunde zum Brettspielen vorbei. Gespielt haben wir dann Las Vegas und Terraforming Mars.

Danach gab es ein gutes Abendessen und dann haben wir ihnen noch unsere Norwegen Kreuzfahrt Präsentation gezeigt, nachdem wir schon alle etwas zu müden waren um noch etwas zu spielen.

Als sie dann gegangen waren, sind wir nur mehr ins Bett gefallen, nachdem die Katzen bespasst und gefüttert wurden.

End of a good week

This friday, after a great day at work again, I went to WOKWalk for some nice sushi for dinner.

After that I went back home and we then went rather straight onto the couch to watch tv shows.

Am Freitag ging es nach einem weiteren sehr guten Arbeitstag zum WOKWalk für ein gutes Sushi Abendessen.

Danach bin ich nach Hause gegangen und wir sind dann relativ bald auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien gefallen.

Usual evening

Yesterday, after a good day at work, I went home and first entertained the cats.

After that I baked a cake for my dear and then we went onto the couch for the usual tv show watching.

Gestern ging es nach einem guten Tag in der Arbeit nach Hause, wo die Katzen bespasst werden wollten.

Danach habe ich noch einen Kuchen für meinen Schatz gebacken und dann ging es zu den üblichen Fernsehserien auf die Couch.

Midweek has arrived

Yesterday after work I went to my parents and got a tasty apple pancake for dinner.

After that I went back home and out for some grocery shopping again.

Later that evening we just went onto the couch and watched tv shows.

Gestern nach der Arbeit war ich bei meinen Eltern zum Abendessen und habe gute Apfelpalatschinken bekommen.

Danach ging es nach Hause und dort bin ich dann noch schnell einkaufen gegangen.

Am Abend schließlich stand nur mehr Couch und Fernsehserien auf dem Programm.

Slow start of the week (for me)

Yesterday was a quite slow day at work, although a lot of deliveries arrived.

In the evening, when I came back home, I was greeted by the cats who wanted entertainment and food.

Later I played the new weekly content in Assassin's Creed Odyssey before we went onto the couch for some tv shows.

Gestern war wieder ein recht langsamer Tag in der Arbeit, aber Lieferungen kamen dafür umso mehr an.

Als ich am Abend nach Hause gekommen bin, haben mich die Katzen erwartet und dann ging es ans Spielen und Füttern.

Später dann habe ich den neuen wöchentlichen Content von Assassin's Creed Odyssey gespielt bevor wir dann zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch gefallen sind.

Film Review: The Crimes of Grindelwald

This monday we went to the movies again and we watched the latest JK Rowling film: Fantastic Beasts 2 - The Crimes of Grindelwald

The story starts where the last film ended and the evil wizard Grindelwald is about to be transferred from New York to Europe. Of course this fails - otherwise there would be no movie story to tell. Newt Scamander gets the quest to help with the recapture of Grindelwald twice and so the rest of the movie takes place in Paris.

A very well done and dakr wizarding world is presented here. Newt's fantastic beasts are also again a centerpiece of the film and all in all it's a great movie to watch.

Conclusion: very well made fantasy film, where the 3D effects are totally worth it!

Gestern war wieder Kinomontag und wir haben uns den neuesten JK Rowling Film angesehen: Fantastic Beasts 2 - The Crimes of Grindelwald

Die Handlung beginnt knapp nach dem ersten Film und der böse Zauberer Grindelwald soll von New York nach Europa überstellt werden. Natürlich geht das schief und er entkommt - sonst gäbe es ja wohl keinen Film. Newt Scamander wird zweimal beauftragt sich darum zu kümmern und so findet dann die restliche Handlung in Paris statt.

Eine sehr gut gemachte und dunkle Welt der Zauberer wird gezeichnet. Newt's Tierwesen kommen auch wieder gut zur Geltung und alles in allem ist es ein gelungener Film im Wizarding World Universum von Mrs. Rowling.

Fazit: sehr guter Fantasyfilm, bei dem die 3D Effekte wirklich sehenswert sind!

Sunday - full of work

This sunday there was a lot to do, so relaxing was not really much of an option.

Since my dear has to work today, I baked for her twice and this took all afternoon and most of the evening.

Later that evening we went onto the couch and watched Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, because tonight we'll be going to the movies to watch the second part.

Am Sonntag war viel zu tun und deswegen ist das Ausspannen etwas kurz gekommen.

Da mein Schatz heute arbeiten muss, habe ich ihr zwei Sachen gebacken, was den ganzen Nachmittag gebraucht hat und wir somit zu sonst nichts gekommen sind.

Am Abend schließlich ging es auf die Couch zu Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, weil wir uns heute Abend den zweiten Teil im Kino anschauen werden.

Typical day of the weekend

Yesterday was a rather normal saturday: grocery shopping and doing chores.

In the evening it was time for tv shows on the couch and then off to bed.

Gestern war ein ganz normaler Samstag: einkaufen und dann am Nachmittag Hausarbeit machen.

Am Abend dann auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien und dann ins Bett.

End of another great week

Yesterday after another great day a work my dear and I went to le Pho for dinner.

After that we went home where the cats waited for us. After we fed them and played with them we were finally allowed to sit on the couch and watch some tv shows before we were off to bed.

Gestern nach einem sehr guten Arbeitstag sind mein Schatz und ich zum le Pho Abendessen gegangen.

Danach ging es nach Hause, wo die Katzen schon auf uns gewartet haben. Nach dem Füttern und Spielen sind wir dann noch auf die Couch gefallen und haben Fernsehserien geschaut bevor es ins Bett ging.

A not so great dinner

Yesterday after work I went to Freiraum for dinner with some dear friends. The rather loud ambience and the rather medicore food forced us to decide not to come back there.

Back home again I had to eat some more and then we watched some tv shows on the couch.

Gestern war ich nach der Arbeit mit lieben Freunden im Freiraum zum Abendessen. Die laute Atmosphäre und das mäßige Essen hat uns leider davon überzeugt dort nicht wieder hinzugehen.

Wieder zuhause habe ich dann noch etwas Gegessen und wir haben uns noch auf der Couch Fernsehserien geschaut.

Some very good chocolate meal

Yesterday after work I went to my parents and got some wonderful meal - Gundl-pancakes - for dinner.

Afterwards I went home and the cats wanted my attention so I entertained them a lot.

Later we just went onto the couch for the usual tv show evening activity.

Gestern war ich nach der Arbeit bei meinen Eltern und habe wunderbare Gundl-Palatschinken als Abendessen bekommen.

Danach ging es nach Hause und die Katzen wollten unterhalten werden.

Später dann ging es nur mehr auf die Couch zu den üblichen Fernsehserien.

Two new things arrived in Greece

Yesterday after work I went home and straight to Greece in Assassin's Creed Odyssey, where the weekly update brought a new epic ship - which was sunk rather quickly - and a mystical creature - which was hunted down rather quickly as well.

After that we started the tv part of the evening until we went to bed, a bit earlier than usual.

Gestern nach der Arbeit ging es nach Hause und dort dann gleich nach Griechenland zu Assassin's Creed Odyssey, wo das wöchentliche Update ein neues episches Schiff - erfolgreich versenkt - und eine mystische Kreatur - erfolgreich erlegt - gebracht hat.

Danach ging es zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch bevor wir - diesmal etwas früher - ins Bett gefallen sind.

A day off

On our weekly day off we mostly did chores and we also went grocery shopping.

In the evening I spent some time in Assassin's Creed Odyssey before we went onto the couch watching tv shows.

An unserem freien Tag haben wir hauptsächlich Hausarbeit gemacht und waren einkaufen.

Am Abend war ich dann wieder in Assassin's Creed Odyssey bevor wir Fernsehserien auf der Couch geschaut haben.

Food and pictures

Yesterday we were invited for the traditional Martinigansl at Klaghofer by our families.

In the afternoon friends visited us and they showed us their pictures from their Ireland vacation while we showed them this year's cruise presentation.

In the evening we played some short boardgames and once all guests were gone we went onto the couch.

Gestern waren wir mit der Familie zum traditionellen Martiniganslessen beim Klaghofer eingeladen.

Am Nachmittag sind dann noch Freunde zu uns gekommen, die uns ihre Urlaubsbilder aus Irland gezeigt und wir dann unsere Kreuzfahrtpräsentation vorgeführt habe.

Am Abend haben wir dann noch ein paar kurze Brettspiele gespielt und als die letzten Gäste gegangen waren sind wir nur mehr auf die Couch gefallen.

A Good Friend of Jackson Elias was visiting

This saturday we first went grocery shopping for the weekend and in the afternoon I met up with a Good Friends of Jackson Elias, since he was on a short visit to Austria and wanted to see some Klimt at Belvedere.

We went through the city afterwards and later his friend joined us and continued showing him around while I went back home.

In the evening it was just couch time with some tv shows.

Am Samstag waren wir zunächst für das Wochenende einkaufen und am Nachmittag habe ich mich mit einem der Good Friends of Jackson Elias getroffen, nachdem er in Wien zu Besuch war und sich Klimt im Belvedere anschauen wollte.

Wir sind dann noch etwas durch die Stadt marschiert und später ist dann noch sein Freund gekommen, der dann die weitere Führung übernommen hat.

Wieder zuhause ging es dann nur mehr auf die Couch zu Fernsehserien.

Weekend - here I come!

After a very successful day at work I went to WOKWalk for dinner. After that I went home and since my dear was out roleplaying I entertained the cats and fed them.

I spent the evening listening to podcasts and playing some Assassin's Creed Odyssey until my dear came back home.

Nach einem sehr erfolgreichen Arbeitstag bin ich noch zum WOKWalk auf ein Abendessen gegangen. Danach ging es nach Hause und nachdem mein Schatz Rollenspielen war habe ich die Katzen bespasst und gefüttert.

Den Abend habe ich dann mit Podcast hören und Assassin's Creed Odyssey spielen verbracht bis mein Schatz wieder nach Hause gekommen ist.

Something nice to eat

After a very good day at work we went to the the Buchstein Verlag meeting with some snacks at Otto Bauer.

Afterwards we went home and entertained and fed the cats before we went to bed.

Nach einem wieder sehr guten Tag in der Arbeit sind wir nachher noch zum Buchstein Verlags Meeting mit Brötchen ins Otto Bauer gegangen.

Danach ging es dann nach Hause um die Katzen zu bespassen und füttern, bevor wir ins Bett gefallen sind.

I believe I can fly!

Yesterday after work I went to my parent for dinner and got a tasty Kaiserschmarrn.

After that I went home and following some cat entertainment I went to Greece with Assassin's Creed Odyssey. This time I had my own variant of the Flying Dutchman with my vessel - yes, it's a bug.

Afterwards we just went onto the couch to watch some tv shows before we went to bed.

Gestern nach der Arbeit bin ich zu meinen Eltern zum Abendessen gefahren und habe einen guten Kaiserschmarrn bekommen.

Danach ging es nach Hause und nach ein bisschen Katzenbespassung bin ich wieder nach Griechenland zu Assassin's Creed Odyssey gegangen. Diesmal habe ich eine Version der Fliegenden Holländers mit meinem eigene Schiff erlebt - ja es ist ein Bug.

Danach sind wir dann nur mehr zu Fernsehserien auf die Couch gefallen bevor es ins Bett ging.
