Exhausting wednesday
Yesterday, after a long day at work, I was greeted by the cats when I came home and they wanted their food. After that was done, we had dinner and played some Guild Wars 2.
Later, after some play time with the cats, it was time for the couch and some recent episodes of The Flash, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and MasterChef UK.

Gestern ging es nach einem längeren Arbeitstag nach Hause und diesmal wurde ich schon von den Katzen begrüßt und um Futter angebettelt. Nachdem das erledigt war, gab es dann Nachtmahl und währenddessen haben wir uns ein wenig in Guild Wars 2 herumgetrieben.
Später dann, nach dem Bespassen der Katzen, ging es auf die Couch zu neuen Folgen von The Flash, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. und MasterChef UK.

Nevermore!
Yesterday after work I was at my parents' for dinner and I got some tasty pancakes.
After that I went home, but the cats continued to sleep. Only after my dear came home they rose and greeted her quite friendly. After a playing session with the two, we went to Guild Wars 2 and continued on our journey to craft the Legendary Staff Nevermore - there's still a lot to do before it's finished.
Later it was couch time and we watched one episode each of The Mysteries of Laura and QI.

Gestern war ich nach der Arbeit wieder bei meinen Eltern zum Abendessen und ich bekam köstliche Palatschinken.
Danach ging es nach Hause, wo die Katzen glücklich weiter geschlafen haben. Erst wie mein Schatz nach Hause gekommen ist wurde sie freudig begrüßt. Nach einer Spielsession mit den Katzen haben wir dann in Guild Wars 2 weiter an unserem Legendary Staff Nevermore gebastelt - der allerdings noch viel Zeit zum Fertigstellen braucht.
Später dann ging es auf die Couch zu jeweils einer Folge The Mysteries of Laura und QI.
Danach ging es nach Hause, wo die Katzen glücklich weiter geschlafen haben. Erst wie mein Schatz nach Hause gekommen ist wurde sie freudig begrüßt. Mittagessen
Eine kurze Kantinenwoche beginnt mit einem guten Burger.

Boardgames
Yesterday it was once again a boardgame afternoon at a dear friend of ours. The first game we played was The Game and after that we got lunch.
Well fed, we then continued with our campaign at the Pathfinder Adventure Game and we finally finished the thrid adventure.
Afterwards we joined the crew of Firefly: Fistful of Credits in the hunt for some quick bucks, but we failed miserably.
The conclusion of the afternoon was building castles for Mad King Ludwig.
When we came back home, the cats were hungry at first and then went to the toilet almost immediately - it looked like they slept the whole day and forgot to follow the call of nature. We concluded the day with an episode each of Once Upon a Time and QI, before we went to bed - although the cats weren't tired at all and didn't understand our need to sleep, but the let us do it anyway.

Gestern waren wir wieder zu einem Brettspielnachmittag bei einer lieben Freundin eingeladen. Zunächst wurde mit The Game begonnen und dann gab es Mittagessen.
Gut abgefüttert haben wir dann das Pathfinder Adventure Game weitergespielt und das dritte Abenteuer abgeschlossen.
Danach sind für mit der Crew von Firefly: Fistful of Credits auf die Jagd nach Schätzen gegangen und haben dabei kläglich abgebissen.

Happy Easter!
On Easter Sunday we were invited by my family for a good lunch at Klaghofer. I had - as usual - a garlic creme soup and lamb schnitzel.
After that we also had a quite big snack at my mother in law, so much in fact that we didn't/couldn't eat any more that day.
Back home we were greeted by sleepy cats, who wanted to be played with. After that and as he conclusion of the day we watched some tv series.

Am Ostersonntag waren wir von meiner Familie aus zum Mittagessen beim Klaghofer eingeladen. Ich habe mir - wie immer - eine Knoblauchcremesuppe und dann ein Lammschnitzel genommen.
Danach ging es dann noch zu einer exzessiven Jause zu meiner Schwiegermutter, sodass wir an diesem Tag nichts mehr essen konnten/wollten.
Wieder zuhause angekommen wurden wir von verschlafenen Katzen empfangen, die dann aber schon bespasst werden wollten. Als Abschluss des Tages standen dann noch ein paar TV Serienepisoden auf dem Programm.
Danach ging es dann noch zu einer exzessiven Jause zu meiner Schwiegermutter, sodass wir an diesem Tag nichts mehr essen konnten/wollten.

Meeting some celebs
This saturday we didn't sleep as long I had hoped, because we had some plans. First we went to Sichuan for a good lunch.
After that we went to Madame Tussauds at Prater and had our pictures take with some celebrities. As few pictures are on this page, but the rest can be found in this album.
Afterwards we wanted to take aa ride on Riesenrad, but it was quite cold and windy and we didn't want to queue up for this. So we went home instead and entertained the cats.
In the evening we played Lord of the Rings Online for several hours and then just watched one episode of Sleepy Hollow before it was time for bed.

Pre-Easter friday
On friday it was time for Mariahilf shopping again. On my way there I went by the post office to send a letter and then I went straight to Planet Harry. There were little news for me there, but I bought an easter present for my dear in the form of a roleplaying book.
On my way home I picked up the usual food for dinner and breakfast at Temaya (sushi) and Blutaumüller (pasties).
Back home I (and the fish) was already expected and so we all ate till we were quite full. After that I played a bit Guild Wars 2 and later it was time to watch some tv series on the couch.

Am Freitag war wieder Mariahilf und einkaufen angesagt. Auf dem Weg wurde noch schnell ein Brief am Postamt aufgegeben und dann ging es direkt zum Planet Harry. Dort gab es nicht viel Neues für mich, aber einen Osterhasen für meinen Schatz habe ich Form eines Rollenspielbuches eingekauft.
Am Heimweg dann gab es wieder die üblichen Essensvorbereitungen in Form von Sushi vom Temaya und Süßes vom Blutaumüller.

Yesterday was a rather quiet evening. After I went shopping for our dinner, my dear and I played some Guild Wars 2.

Mittagessen

At the vet part two - the wetting princess
Yesterday after work it was the pussy-cat's turn to go to the vet. Like the times before she was not very pleased to go and this time she wet herself (and me) quite a lot. So much in fact that I had to clean the floor and change my clothes before we finally went off.
At the vet herself everything was fine and madame is in perfect health. When we were back Bubu already waited for us and was very astonished when he smelled her. So she spent the rest of the day cleaning herself and relaxing from the terrible encounter.
In the evening we just watched some series, namely the most recent episodes of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Flash and MasterChef UK before it was bed time.

Bei der Tierärztin selber war dann alles aber kein Problem mehr und auch gesundheitlich war die Mieze ok. Als wir dann wieder nach Hause gekommen sind, hat der Bubu schon auf sie gewartet und sich gewundert warum sie so streng riecht. Den restlichen Abend hat sie dann mit putzen und erholen verbracht.
Wir haben dann am Abend nur mehr Serien geschaut und zwar die aktuellen Folgen von Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., The Flash und MasterChef UK, bevor es ins Bett ging.

Baking without the oven
Yesterday it was dinner time at my parents' and I got a tasty Kaiserschmarrn.
Back home I went out again to the post office and to shop for some groceries.
After that I prepared a nice Tiramisu, which we sampled and found quite nice later in the evening.
Before we went onto the couch though we went to explore some more in Guild Wars 2 and killed a dragon. Unfortunately for my dear, she was disconnected right before the end of the bossfight and didn't get that loot. Let's do this again soon and hope it will have a better outcome.
The evening entertainment was one episode of Castle before it was bedtime again.

Bubu's big day at the vet
Yesterday was a big day for our Bubu-bear, as he was due for his yearly vet checkup - although when he was lying in the sun he wasn't aware of that yet.
At the vet he got his inoculations and blood analysis done as well as a chip got implanted, since he likes to look out the open door quite often.
Once we were back home there was dinner and after that we spent some time in Guild Wars 2 before it was couch-time. We watched one episode each of Gotham and Once Upon a Time before we went to bed.

Yesterday the back pain was a little less, but still not gone.
We have been invited to a board game afternoon to a friend and before that we went to Hulu for a lunch buffet.
Well fed, we then started with saving the world in Eldritch Horror. But the Dark Pharaoh didn't want that and so we lost and the world is doomed now - sorry.
With that feeling we then played some cardgame Die Burgen von Burgund - Das Kartenspiel. In the beginning it was quite perplexing, but we got the hang of it and really liked it. The only thing missing is a quick summary of the possible actions for everyone to look at.
When we came back home the cats wanted food and attention - the order didn't matter.
After that was done, we went onto the couch and watched one episode of The Mysteries of Laura before we went to bed finally.
